Amending O. Reg. 353/13

(PRESCRIBED PERSONS)

1. Sections 1 and 2 of Ontario Regulation 353/13 are revoked and the following substituted:

Ontario Health

1. Ontario Health is a prescribed person for the purposes of subsection 3 (3) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
