Amending O. Reg. 63/16
(REGISTRATIONS UNDER PART II.2 OF THE ACT - WATER TAKING)
1. Ontario Regulation 63/16 is amended by adding the following section:
Publication
10.1 The Director may publish on a Government of Ontario website or otherwise make available to the public the following data, whether collected before or after the coming into force of this section:
1. Any data reported to the Director under this Regulation related to a person’s water taking.
2. Any other data that the Ministry collects from a person required to register an activity under this Regulation that relates to the person’s water taking.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
