Amending O. Reg. 147/10
(PUBLIC BODIES AND COMMISSION PUBLIC BODIES - ETHICS EXECUTIVE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVANTS)
1. (1) Items 8.1, 14.1, 22.1, 35.2 and 37.1 of Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 147/10 are amended by striking out “Executive director of Tribunals Ontario” in Column 2 of each item and substituting in each case “Executive director of Ontario Land Tribunals”.
(2) Items 9, 10, 22, 23, 27, 27.1, 56 and 63 of Table 1 of the Regulation are revoked.
(3) Item 44.1 of Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Deputy minister of Citizenship and Immigration” in Column 2 and substituting “Deputy Minister of Labour, Training and Skills Development”.
(4) Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:
