Amending Reg. 826 of R.R.O. 1990

(DESIGNATION OF AREA OF DEVELOPMENT CONTROL)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 826 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Designation

1. (1) The lands shown as Parts 1 to 13 on the plan entitled “Plan of the Boundary of the 2019 Area of Development Control” and filed on August 2, 2019 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry are designated as an area of development control for the purposes of section 22 of the Act.

(2) An electronic copy of the plan referred to in subsection (1) is available on the website maintained by the Niagara Escarpment Commission.

2. Sections 2 to 30 of the Regulation are revoked.

3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following French version:

DÉSIGNATION de la ZONE D’AMÉNAGEMENT CONTRÔLÉE

Désignation

1. (1) Sont désignés comme zone d’aménagement contrôlée pour l’application de l’article 22 de la Loi les territoires constituant les parties 1 à 13 sur le plan intitulé Plan de la limite de la zone d’aménagement contrôlée de 2019, déposé le 2 août 2019 au Bureau de l’arpenteur général de l’Ontario au ministère des Richesses naturelles et des Forêts.

(2) La version électronique du plan visé au paragraphe (1) peut être consultée sur le site Web de la Commission de l’escarpement du Niagara.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
