Amending O. Reg. 231/07

(SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS)

1. Ontario Regulation 231/07 is amended by striking out “Environmental Review Tribunal” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

2. Item 17 of the Table to section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Tribunal Secretary” in Column 2 and substituting “Tribunal Registrar”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
