Amending O. Reg. 403/02

(DEBT AND FINANCIAL OBLIGATION LIMITS)

1. Ontario Regulation 403/02 is amended by striking out “Ontario Municipal Board” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
