Amending O. Reg. 271/21

(WORK REDEPLOYMENT FOR LOCAL HEALTH INTEGRATION NETWORKS AND ONTARIO HEALTH)

1. (1) The definitions of “long-term care home” and “retirement home” in section 1 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 271/21 are revoked.

(2) Subsection 2 (2) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “hospitals, long-term care homes and retirement homes” and substituting “hospitals”.

(3) Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 3 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “hospital, long-term care home or retirement home” at the end and substituting “hospital”.

(4) Paragraphs 1 to 4 of section 4 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are amended by striking out “hospital, long-term care home or retirement home” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “hospital”.

(5) Paragraph 5 of section 4 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ontario Health, the hospital, the long-term care home or the retirement home” and substituting “Ontario Health or the hospital”.
