Amending Reg. 95 of R.R.O. 1990
(EXEMPTIONS)
1. Regulation 95 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following section:
4. Section 2 of the Act does not apply to a golf car operating under the pilot project established under Ontario Regulation 407/21 (Pilot Project — Golf Cars) made under the Highway Traffic Act.
2. Section 4 of the Regulation, as made by section 1, is revoked.
Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 2 comes into force on the 10th anniversary of the day section 1 comes into force.
