Amending O. Reg. 340/94
(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)
1. Subsection 2 (5) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is amended by striking out “car pool vehicle as defined in the Public Vehicles Act” and substituting “carpool vehicle as defined in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 418/21 (Passenger Transportation Vehicles)”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 23 to the Better for People, Smarter for Business Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
