Amending O. Reg. 381/12

1. Ontario Regulation 381/12 is amended by adding the following section:

Minor improvement project

5.1 A notice of request for a minor improvement project under subsection 78 (5) of the Act shall be in Form 9.

2. The Table to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 9 (6) of Schedule 4 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
