Amending O. Reg. 346/18

(RESTRAINING ORDER APPLICATIONS AND APPEALS)

1. Subsection 20 (1) of Ontario Regulation 346/18 is amended by striking out “Child and Family Services Act” and substituting “Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

2. The rows for Forms 1 to 11 in the Table of Forms to the Regulation are amended by striking out “2018/01” wherever it appears in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting in each case “2021/06”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
