Amending O. Reg. 102/72

(RESTRICTED AREAS — COUNTY OF ONTARIO (NOW THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF DURHAM), TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING (NOW THE CITY OF PICKERING))

1. Ontario Regulation 102/72 is amended by adding the following section:

13.1 (1) Notwithstanding section 4, one single dwelling per lot together with accessory buildings and structures is permitted on the lands described in subsection (3).

(2) Sections 5, 6 and 6.1 do not apply to the lands described in subsection (3).

(3) Subsections (1) and (2) apply to that parcel of land situate in the City of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham being the lands described as part of Lots 10 and 11, and the Road Allowance Between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 5, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 40R-5283, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
