Amending O. Reg. 263/02

(EXPLORATION LICENCES, PRODUCTION AND STORAGE LEASES FOR OIL AND GAS IN ONTARIO)

1. Clause 24 (d) of Ontario Regulation 263/02 is amended by striking out “Mining and Lands Tribunal” at the end and substituting “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

2. Clause 26 (1) (c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Mining and Lands Tribunal” at the end and substituting “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
