Amending O. Reg. 303/18

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 303/18 is amended by striking out “a master, a case management master” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “an associate judge”.
2. (1) The rows for Forms 8, 22, 24, 25, 26 and 27 in the Table of Forms to the Regulation are amended by striking out the date in Column 3 and substituting “2021/04”.
(2) The Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by striking out the rows for Forms 23, 28 and 29 and substituting the following:

Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 20 (2) of Schedule 3 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
