Dissolution

Dissolution

1. The Criminal Injuries Compensation Board is dissolved.

Revocation

2. This Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the later of December 31, 2021 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(2) Section 2 comes into force on the later of the day section 4 of Schedule 11 to the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
