Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Paragraph 22 of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
Norfolk County
Haldimand County — community of Simcoe
22. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in Norfolk County lying between a point situate 60 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 46 Pine Grove Road and a point situate 540 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Park Road in the community of Simcoe in Haldimand County.
(2) Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
Norfolk County — community of Delhi
16. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in Norfolk County lying between a point situate 300 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wilson Avenue in the community of Delhi and a point situate 60 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 46 Pine Grove Road.
2. Paragraph 1 of Part 4 of Schedule 12 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Dufferin — Twp. of Amaranth — Town of Shelburne
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 10 and 89 in the Town of Shelburne lying between a point situate 384 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of roadway known as Dufferin Road 11/Dufferin Road 124 and extending easterly for a distance of 994 metres in the Town of Shelburne and in the Township of Amaranth in Dufferin County.
3. Paragraphs 49 and 50 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
Renfrew — Twps. of McNab/Braeside and Whitewater Region
49. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 500 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Scheel Drive in the Township of McNab/Braeside and a point situate 275 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Renfrew County Road No. 7/Foresters Falls Road in the Township of Whitewater Region.

50. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 3237 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Campbell Drive in the Township of McNab/Braeside and a point situate 275 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Renfrew County Road No. 7/Foresters Falls Road in the Township of Whitewater Region.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
