Amending O. Reg. 421/17
(APPROVALS UNDER THE ONTARIO IMMIGRANT NOMINEE PROGRAM AND OTHER MATTERS)
1. Section 11 of Ontario Regulation 421/17 is amended by striking out “Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council” and substituting “College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 23, 2021 and the day it is filed.
