Amending O. Reg. 767/21
(TRANSITIONAL MATTERS)
1. Subsection7 (2) of Ontario Regulation 767/21 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) An inspection for which a warrant was issued under the Liquor Licence Act or the Liquor Control Act that was not completed by the effective date shall be continued as an investigation under section 56 of the Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 22 (Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019) to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
