Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 32 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Twps. of Clearview and Springwater

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 130 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Phillip Street in the Township of Clearview and a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadways known as Simcoe County Road 27/Spence Avenue in the Township of Springwater.

(2) Paragraph 7 of Part 3 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is revoked.

(3) Paragraph 5 of Part 4 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Twp. of Springwater

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Township of Springwater in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate at its intersection with the roadways known as Simcoe County Road 27/Spence Avenue and a point situate 1445 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Carson Road.

2. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 73 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Killarney — Twp. of Mowat

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 2550 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Pickerel River Road in the Municipality of Killarney in the Township of Mowat, and a point situate 1585 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Estaire Road in the Territorial District of Sudbury in the City of Greater Sudbury.

(2) Paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 73 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of The Archipelago

Municipality of Killarney — Twp. of Mowat

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 lying between a point situate 760 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as South Shore Road in the Township of The Archipelago in the Territorial District of Parry Sound, and a point situate 2550 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Pickerel River Road in the Municipality of Killarney in the Township of Mowat.

3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7318 (Settlers Road) in the Territorial District of Parry Sound beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Pickerel River Road in the Municipality of Killarney in the Township of Mowat and a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadways known as Hartley Bay Road/King’s Highway No. 607 in the Municipality of Killarney in the Township of Bigwood in the Territorial District of Sudbury.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 15, 2021 and the day it is filed.
