Amending O. Reg. 364/20
(RULES FOR AREAS AT STEP 3 AND AT THE ROADMAP EXIT STEP)
1. Clause 2.1 (6) (b) of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 364/20 is revoked.
2. Clause (g) of the definition of “post-secondary institution” in subsection 13 (2) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 5 of section 64 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009” and substituting “clause 2 (d) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”.
Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the later of December 20, 2021 and the day it is filed.
(2) Section 2 comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
