Amending O. Reg. 231/08

(TRANSIT PROJECTS AND METROLINX UNDERTAKINGS)

1. Ontario Regulation 231/08 is amended by striking out “subsection 13 (3)” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “subsection 15.1.1 (1)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
