Amending O. Reg. 176/10
(TEACHERS’ QUALIFICATIONS)
1. The definition of “certificate of apprenticeship” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 176/10 is amended by striking out the “or” at the end of clause (a) and adding the following clause:
(a.1) a certificate issued or deemed to have been issued under subsection 16 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 that confirms the successful completion of an apprenticeship program, or

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 16 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
