Amending Reg. 460 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Item 27 of the Schedule to Regulation 460 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.
(2) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 38 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
