Amending O. Reg. 590/06

(LICENSING POWERS)

1. Clause 1 (1) (h) of Ontario Regulation 590/06 is amended by striking out “Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009” and substituting “Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 38 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
