Amending O. Reg. 282/98
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 41 (1) of Ontario Regulation 282/98 is amended by striking out “2021 and 2022” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “2021, 2022 and 2023”.
2. Subsections 42.5 (2) and (3) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “2021 and 2022” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2021, 2022 and 2023”.
3. Section 48.6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2021 and 2022” and substituting “2021, 2022 and 2023”.
4. The headings to Tables 1 to 5 of Part X of the Regulation are amended by striking out “2022” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2023”.
Commencement
5. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2022 and the day it is filed.
