Amending O. Reg. 121/98
(ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF THE RAW MILK AND CREAM QUALITY PROGRAM)
1. (1) Paragraphs 3 and 4 of subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 121/98 are revoked.
(2) Paragraph 5 of subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “47, 48” and substituting “48”.
(3) Paragraphs 10 and 11 of subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation are revoked.
(4) Paragraph 13 of subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
13. Subsections 88 (2) and (3).
(5) Paragraph 3 of subsection 2 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “88 (2), (3), (4), (4.1) and (5)” and substituting “88 (2) and (3)”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
