Amending Reg. 400 of R.R.O. 1990
(BY-LAWS FOR LOCAL BOARDS)
1. (1) Clauses 16 (1) (a.4), (a.5) and (b) of Regulation 400 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are amended by striking out “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020”.
(2) Subclause 16 (1) (c) (i) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(i) any central to which the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020 applies, and

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
