Commencement
6. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 3 (1) to (3) and (5) come into force on the later of April 1, 2022 and the day this Regulation is filed.
(3) Sections 1 and 2 come into force on May 1, 2022.
(4) Subsection 3 (4) and sections 4 and 5 come into force on February 1, 2024.
