Amending O. Reg. 274/04
(TAX MATTERS - NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 365.1 (5) OF THE ACT)
1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 274/04 is amended by striking out “paragraph 6” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “paragraph 4”.
