Amending O. Reg. 209/01

(ELEVATING DEVICES)

1. The definition of “long-term care home” in subsection 38.1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 209/01 is amended by striking out “the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007” at the end and substituting “the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of the following days:

1. The day section 204 of Schedule 1 (Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021) to the Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021 comes into force.

2. The day subsection 22 (2) of the Access to Consumer Credit Reports and Elevator Availability Act, 2018 comes into force.

3. The day this Regulation is filed.
