Amending O. Reg. 17/05
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 9 (1) of Ontario Regulation 17/05 is revoked and the following substituted:
Agreements subject to other Acts
(1) The supply of goods or services pursuant to an agreement that is subject to any of the following Acts is exempt from the application of sections 22, 23, 26 and 37 to 47 of the Act:
1. The Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002.
2 The Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002.
3. The Travel Industry Act, 2002.
4. The Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
