Amending Reg. 856 of R.R.O. 1990
(ROLL-OVER PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES)
1. The French version of the definition of “machine” in section 1 of Regulation 856 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “boutoir” and substituting “bouteur”.
2. (1) The English version of subclause 5 (1) (b) (i) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the professional engineer” and substituting “the engineer”.
(2) Subsection 5 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a professional engineer who is registered or licensed as such under the Professional Engineers Act” at the end and substituting “an engineer”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 15 to the Supporting People and Businesses Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
