Amending O. Reg. 617/21

(CALCULATION OF FEES FOR PUPILS FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Subsection 8 (6) of Ontario Regulation 617/21 is amended by striking out “clause (a) or (c) of the definition of “other pupil” in subsection section 79 (1)” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “clause (c) of the definition of “other pupil” in subsection 79 (1)”.

2. Table 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
