Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Schedule 123 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Part:

Part 0.1

District Municipality of Muskoka — Twp. of Georgian Bay
District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Carling

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 400 lying between a point situate 1120 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centreline of the roadway known as Muskoka Road 12/Twelve Mile Bay Road in the Township of Georgian Bay in the District Municipality of Muskoka and a point situate 1145 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centreline of the King’s Highway known as No. 559 in the Township of Carling in the Territorial District of Parry Sound.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 123 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

City of Toronto
District Municipality of Muskoka — Twp. of Georgian Bay

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 400 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the southerly limit of the structure over the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Toronto and a point situate 1120 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centreline of the roadway known as Muskoka Road 12/Twelve Mile Bay Road in the Township of Georgian Bay in the District Municipality of Muskoka.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 22, 2022 and the day this Regulation is filed.
