Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Part:

Part 0.1

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Armour

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Laurier

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 lying between a point situate 140 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7188 (Katrine Road) in the Township of Armour in the Territorial District of Parry Sound and a point situate 2,600 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Goreville Road in the unorganized Township of Laurier in the Territorial District of Parry Sound.

(2) Paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District Municipality of Muskoka — Town of Gravenhurst

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Armour

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 lying between a point situate 23 metres measured southerly from its intersection with a line between Lots 17 and 18 in Concession 2 in Muskoka South Ward in the Town of Gravenhurst in the District Municipality of Muskoka and a point situate 140 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7188 (Katrine Road) in the Township of Armour in the Territorial District of Parry Sound.

(3) Part 1 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Laurier

District of Nipissing — City of North Bay

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 lying between a point situate 2,600 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Goreville Road in the unorganized Township of Laurier in the Territorial District of Parry Sound and a point situate 850 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the southerly junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 11/17 in the City of North Bay in the Territorial District of Nipissing.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 22, 2022 and the day this Regulation is filed.
