Amending O. Reg. 424/97

(COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATORS’ INFORMATION)

1. Subparagraph 10 i of subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 424/97 is amended by adding “the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021” after “the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 3 (Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021) to the Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
