Amending O. Reg. 169/21
(ZONING ORDER — CITY OF MARKHAM, REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK)
1. (1) Paragraph 4 of section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “25” and substituting “38”.
(2) Paragraph 5 of section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “300” and substituting “350”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
