Amending O. Reg. 138/15
(FUNDING, COST SHARING AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE)
1. (1) Subsection 10 (5) of Ontario Regulation 138/15 is amended by striking out the formula and substituting the following:
A ÷ B × C × D
(2) Subsection 10 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of the definition of “B”, adding “and” at the end of the definition of “C” and adding the following definition:
D is 0.25, if the amount determined under subsection (3) or (4) is in respect of services rendered before December 31, 2022, and is 0.5, if the amount determined under subsection (3) or (4) is in respect of services rendered on or after December 31, 2022.
(3) Subsection 10 (7) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(7) If a parent paid any part of an amount determined under subsection (5) for child care services on or after the day specified in subsection (6), the service system manager shall ensure that a refund of the amount is provided to the parent.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
