Amending Reg. 16 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Clause 2 (a) of Regulation 16 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “sixty” and substituting “40”.

2. Clause 8 (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “twenty-five” and substituting “15” and by striking out “fifty” and substituting “25”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2023 and the day this Regulation is filed.
