Amending O. Reg. 245/21
(CODE OF ETHICS AND DISCIPLINE AND APPEALS COMMITTEES)
1. Section 24 of Ontario Regulation 245/21 is revoked and the following substituted:
Limitation
24. The discipline committee shall not hear or determine a matter referred to it by the registrar under paragraph 4 of subsection 56.1 of the Act if the matter was referred after the second anniversary of the day the facts upon which the matter is based first came to the knowledge of the registrar.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
