Amending O. Reg. 401/22
(DETERMINATION OF AMOUNTS UNDER SUBSECTION 27.2 (2) OF THE ACT)
1. Paragraph 2 of subsection 5 (5) of Ontario Regulation 401/22 is amended by striking out “A Category 1 CWA/LSPA capital cost” at the beginning of the portion before subparagraph i and substituting “A Category 1 CWA/LSPA operating expense or capital cost”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 8 (1) of Schedule 2 to the More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
