Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 13 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Sudbury — Twp. of Sables-Spanish Rivers

13. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 480 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Agnew Lake Road in the community of Webbwood and a point situate 205 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Birch Lake Road.

(2) Paragraph 14 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Sudbury — Twp. of Sables-Spanish Rivers

District of Algoma — Town of Spanish

14. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 lying between a point situate 525 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Aberdeen Street in the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers in the Territorial District of Sudbury and a point situate 545 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Cutler Avenue in the Town of Spanish in the Territorial District of Algoma.

(3) Paragraph 27 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Algoma — Town of Spanish — Serpent River First Nation

27. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 395 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hamilton Street in the Town of Spanish and a point situate 3150 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Village Road East in the Serpent River First Nation.

(4) Paragraph 44 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Sudbury — Twp. of Baldwin, Twp. of Sables-Spanish Rivers

44. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the eastbound direction in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 470 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the township of Baldwin and a point situate 65 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the east junction of the roadway known as Mary Street in the community of Webbwood.

44.1 That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the westbound direction in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 470 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Township of Baldwin and a point situate 365 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the east junction of the roadway known as Mary Street in the community of Webbwood.

(5) Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

District of Sudbury — Twp. of Sables-Spanish Rivers

8.1 That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 480 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Agnew Lake Road in the community of Webbwood and a point situate 180 metres measured westerly from that intersection.

8.2 That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the westbound direction in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 365 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the east junction of the roadway known as Mary Street in the community of Webbwood and a point situate 65 metres measured easterly from that intersection.

(6) Paragraph 9 of Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Algoma – Town of Spanish

9. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Spanish in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Cutler Avenue and a point situate 545 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Cutler Avenue.

9.1 That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Spanish in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 150 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hamilton Street and a point situate 395 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hamilton Street.

(7) Paragraph 17 of Part 5 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Algoma — Town of Spanish

17. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Spanish in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Cutler Avenue and a point situate 150 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hamilton Street.

2. (1) Paragraph 10 of Part 3 of Schedule 64 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District Municipality of Muskoka — Town of Huntsville, Twp. of Lake of Bays

10. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in The District Municipality of Muskoka lying between a point situate 200 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Allison’s Point Road in the Town of Huntsville and a point situate 1450 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the westerly junction of the roadway known as Dwight Bay Road in the Township of Lake of Bays.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 64 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph before the heading “Haliburton — Twp. of Algonquin Highlands”.

District Municipality of Muskoka — Twp. of Lake of Bays

12.1 That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Lake of Bays in The District Municipality of Muskoka beginning at a point situate 550 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Dwight Bay Road and extending westerly for a distance of 900 metres.
