Amending O. Reg. 169/21
(ZONING ORDER - CITY OF MARKHAM, REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK)
1. The definition of “accessory” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 169/21 is amended by striking out “and” at the end of clause (i), by adding “and” at the end of clause (j) and by adding the following clause:
(k) an above ground parking structure;
2. (1) Paragraph 4 of section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “38” and substituting “53”.
(2) Paragraph 5 of section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “350” and substituting “400”.
(3) Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
8. The maximum building floor area is 2,100 square metres for each storey for any building with a setback of 106 metres from Apple Creek Boulevard.
9. Despite paragraph 4, the maximum height for an above ground parking structure is 38 metres.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
