Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Paragraph 27 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores
27. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores within the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate at its intersection with the south junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 and a point situate 485 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65.
(2) Paragraphs 18 and 19 of Part 3 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation are revoked.
(3) Part 4 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores
18. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the City of Temiskaming Shores within the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate at its intersection with the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 and a point situate 420 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Tobler’s Road.
19. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores within the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 485 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 and extending northerly for a distance of 485 metres.
2. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 69 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores within the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate at its intersection with the south junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 and a point situate 485 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65.
(2) Paragraph 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 69 to the Regulation is revoked.
(3) Part 4 of Schedule 69 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores within the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 485 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 and extending northerly for a distance of 485 metres.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
