Amending Reg. 565 of R.R.O. 1990
(PUBLIC POOLS)
1. (1) Subsection 17 (4) of Regulation 565 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “sixteen years of age” and substituting “15 years of age”.
(2) Clause 17 (6) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) be at least 15 years of age;
(3) Clause 17 (7) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) be at least 15 years of age;
(4) Subsection 17 (10) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “sixteen years of age” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “15 years of age”.
(5) Clause 17 (12) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) be at least 15 years of age;
(6) Paragraph 1 of subsection 17 (17) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “16 years of age” and substituting “15 years of age”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
