Amending O. Reg. 169/21
(ZONING ORDER - CITY OF MARKHAM, REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK)
1. (1) Paragraph 8 of section 4 of Ontario Regulation 169/21 is revoked and the following substituted:
8. The maximum building floor area is 2,100 square metres for each storey for any building with a minimum setback of,
i. 106 metres from the lot line abutting Apple Creek Boulevard, and
ii. 135 metres from the lot line abutting Woodbine Avenue.
(2) Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
10. One loading space is required per building, with a width of not less than 3.5 metres, a length of not less than 10 metres and a minimum height clearance of 4.2 metres.
11. No part of any building or structure shall be constructed within 25 metres of the centreline of Woodbine Avenue.
12. The minimum depth of landscaped open space adjoining any arterial road or provincial highway is six metres.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
