Amending O. Reg. 30/22
(LIMITATION PERIODS)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 30/22 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(3) In the event of a conflict between a limitation period referred to in subsection (1) and a limitation period provided for in section 36.1.1 of the Electricity Act, 1998, the limitation period that provides the longest time period for a claim to be made prevails.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2023 and the day this Regulation is filed.
