Amending O. Reg. 156/18

(GENERAL MATTERS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE MINISTER)

1. The definition of “Permanency Funding Policy Guidelines” in subsection 54 (1) of Ontario Regulation 156/18 is amended by striking out “April 1” and substituting “July 1”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2023 and the day this Regulation is filed.
