Amending O. Reg. 268/18

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 268/18 is revoked and the following substituted:

1.  Integrated community health services centres under the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023.

2. Paragraph 5 of section 6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “an independent health facility under the Independent Health Facilities Act” at the end and substituting “an integrated community health services centre under the Integrated Community Health Services Centre Act, 2023.”

3. Paragraph 1 of subsection 33 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1.  Integrated community health services centres under the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023.

4. Subsections 38 (2) to (6), (8) and (9) of the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

5. (1) Except as otherwise provided for in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 1 to 3 come into force on the later of the day subsection 66 (1) of Schedule 1 (Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023) to the Your Health Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
