Amending O. Reg. 257/10

(GENERAL)

1. Section 5 of Ontario Regulation 257/10 is revoked and the following substituted:

Adjustment date for basic tax rate

5. The basic tax rates for the purposes of sections 21 and 25 of the Act shall be adjusted in accordance with section 26 of the Act as of March 1, 2026 and March 1 of each subsequent year.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
